At your first visit in our office, we will :

• Review your dental and medical history.
• Complete an orthodontic examination.
• Discuss the general status of your jaw structures and dentition and any problems that might require orthodontic treatment.
• Discuss diagnostic and treatment fees.

In our office, orthodontic treatment is more than straight teeth. It is a process of combining the goals and concerns that each patient brings to us with our objectives of treatment excellence.

Payment & Office Policies

Cost

The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment option.

Payment Plans

Usually the orthodontic fee is paid over the period of active treatment. 25% is paid before treatment begins, and the balance is paid in equal payments, typically using the proposed length of time for treatment as the period in which to complete payment. We can discuss with you the following options:

1. PAYMENT IN FULL We will offer a fee discount. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that is not be covered by insurance.)
2. PAYMENT PLAN Initial payment of 25% and equal payments of remaining balance over the proposed active treatment time. Monthly payments will be drafted automatically through ORTHOBANC service.
3. THIRD PARTY FINANCING We offer Capital One or Care Credit third party financing.
4. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT If nothing seems to work, we may be able to arrange alternative payment schedules.

We can accept your Mastercard or Visa for the full fee or individual payments. Do not hesitate to let us know how we can best assist you.

Insurance

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
