April, Office Manager
With 18 years at Lee & Woo Orthodontics, April is the go-to person for all our office locations, expertly managing every aspect of operations. A Registered Dental Assistant with over 25 years of experience in the dental field, she is an invaluable asset to our team. Whether it's patient relations or staff support, April is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Originally from Hawai'i, April now resides in San Jose with her beautiful family: Rozena (30), twins Rainen (12) and Rylee (12), and her husband Rodney. Passionate about travel, she loves returning to Hawai'i and creating magical memories with her kids at Disneyland. Her most recent travel adventure took her to the Philppines and Japan with her family.
Lilly, Treatment Coordinator
Lilly has been with Dr. Lee and Dr. Woo since they first opened their Palo Alto office in 2001. Known for her amicable personality, she loves connecting with patients and has developed a deep appreciation for helping both children and adults achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Outside of work, Lilly enjoys a variety of activities, including traveling, wine tasting, cycling, camping, watching football, and attending concerts. She cherishes spending time with her husband, Rick, her son, Brandon (12), and their close-knit family and friends, creating lasting memories together.
Mary, Financial Coordinator
Born and raised in San Jose, Mary now resides in Manteca with her husband, Angel, and their children. She is a dedicated mother of two boys, Joel and Angelo, as well as a stepmother to three girls, Davina, Angelina, and Selena.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys outdoor activities with her family, baking cupcakes, and participating in race events. Notably, she completed the Spartan Monterey Super in June 2015, showcasing her commitment to fitness and adventure.
Mary thrives in a family-oriented environment and is always eager to be a team player, bringing positivity and collaboration to everything she does.

Alana, Orthodontic Assistant
Alana, a San Jose native, began her journey with Lee & Woo Orthodontics as a patient in 2015 during middle school. Her interest in orthodontics sparked during that time, leading her to pursue dentistry while attending Silicon Valley Career Technical Education in high school. After gaining nearly two years of experience in general dentistry and completing specialized training in orthodontics, she officially joined the Lee & Woo team in 2021.
As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and Certified Orthodontic Assistant (OAP), Alana has thrived in her role, bringing joy and positivity to her patients. In addition to her full-time position, she is furthering her education as an Esthetician. Outside of work, Alana loves traveling and cherishing moments with her family and boyfriend, Darren.
Charisma, Orthodontic Assistant
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Charisma continues to live in her hometown with her son, Josiah (3), and her husband, Jesus. With a family background in the dental field, she has discovered a new passion for dentistry since joining Lee & Woo Orthodontics.
In addition to her role as an orthodontic assistant, Charisma runs a side business as a wax therapist. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family, traveling to Disneyland, watching movies, and creating cherished memories together.
Christian, Orthodontic Assistant
Born and raised in Hawai'i, Christian moved to California when he was 14 years old. During his senior year of high school, he discovered his passion for dentistry while gaining experience across various specialties in the dental community. He ultimately found his forever home at Lee & Woo Orthodontics.
In his downtime, Christian loves being outdoors, whether he's playing tennis, going for runs, or enjoying short walks with his two furry companions, Stormy and Nano.
Katy, Orthodontic Assistant
Katy is the assistant who returned to the team after nearly two years away, and she was welcomed back with open arms. With seven years of experience in the field, she has truly found her passion for orthodontics.
In her free time, Katy enjoys creating stunning balloon arches, indulging her love for cars, and proudly cheering on the San Francisco 49ers as a lifelong fan.

Tuyen, Sterilization Technician
Tuyen was born and raised in Pinole, California, and moved to San Jose 2 years ago to study Child and Adolescent Development at San Jose State. She has been with Lee & Woo Orthodontics for almost 2 years as our Sterilizer Technician. Tuyen's primary responsibility is to ensure that instruments used for procedures are clean, sterilized, and in working order. She also provides clinical support to our assistants, greets our patients, and helps the office run efficiently. Outside of school and work, Tuyen loves spending time with her family and her two dogs. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, bowling, and painting.
