Your First Visit
At your first visit to our office, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history.
- Complete an orthodontic examination.
- Discuss the general status of your jaw structures and teeth, along with any issues that may require orthodontic treatment.
- Go over diagnostic and treatment fees.
Your first visit is complimentary, offered as a courtesy to your dentist and our community.
- Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible before any diagnostic records are taken.
- By the end of your first visit, we want you to feel fully informed and confident in your treatment plan.

Payment & Office Policies
Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s needs. Our Treatment Coordinator will discuss the proposed treatment costs with you.
Additionally, they will review the various payment options available. Our Treatment Coordinator is highly knowledgeable about all types of dental insurance, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will assist you in determining your available coverage. We are here to help you file your claim and address any insurance questions on your behalf.
